We are proud to announce that the new Supertuscan "Quadrimendo" is born. In fact the wine is still a 50% Sangiovese and 50% Merlot but is a field blend and not anymore a cellar blend, fermentated in a french oak tonneau. For this wanderful occasion we have released a new label that has been design by our daughter EmmaSophia. The beautiful colored drow wants to celebrate all those who partecipated in the cration of this wine. Those who took care of the vines, harvested the grapes, those who has chosen only the best grapes (EmmaSophia every year helps on the sorting table to select only the best grapes, as well as those she eats of course), who has bottled, who sold it, all those people who, with their hands have made it and let "Quadrimendo" become our Supertuscan.
