Harvest 2010
This year we decided to try, in 10 barriques, something different. we decided to try the fermentation proces in wood like the old way, "follando" ,we deep the grapes into the juse by hand with a special piece of wood as was done long ago when there was no technology, unlike in our cellar we can truly say is "high technology".
