Grapes: 100% Sangiovese.
Age of vineyards: 16 Years.
Wine-making: Harvesting the different grapes in the same moment and fermentating them in french oak, pump-overs by hand for 25/30 days.
Aging: 12 Months in French tonneaux Taransaud or Seguin Moreau.
Bottle Refinement: 12 Months.
Production: 10000 Bottles.
Time of Release: After 2 years from the harvest, in april.
Organoleptic Characteristics: Colour: deep red ruby.
Perfume: Intense with caratteristic note of pepper and green pepper.
Taste: Dry red with a powerful body and very smooth in the mouth.
